These Terms govern your use of TaskMesh Local ("the Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

TaskMesh Local provides marketing recommendations, website and social analysis, and AI-generated content to help local businesses improve their local visibility and content. The Service is a tool that produces suggestions and draft content.

2. No guarantees

We provide recommendations only. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, enquiries, calls, bookings, leads or revenue, and we do not claim to provide fully automated SEO. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it.
  • You must not use the Service to create fake reviews, misleading claims, or content that infringes the rights of others.
  • You must ensure any website you scan is one you own or are authorised to analyse.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Usage limits apply per billing period as described on our pricing page. You can cancel at any time; see our refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting aggressive or unauthorised scraping, overloading our systems, reselling access without permission, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual property

You own the content you generate through the Service for your business. We retain ownership of the Service itself, including its software and design.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskMesh Local is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
