• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store your plan and subscription status but not your full card details.

• To provide, maintain and improve the Service.
• To generate scans, action plans and content you request.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional emails about your account and activity.

3. AI processing

We use third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic) to generate content and summaries. Relevant business and scan data is sent to these providers to produce your results. We do not sell your data.

4. Sub-processors

We rely on trusted providers including Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI) and Resend (email). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.

5. Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
