- Business data: details you provide about your business, services, locations and links.
- Scan data: content retrieved from websites and social inputs you ask us to analyse.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store your plan and subscription status but not your full card details.
- Usage data: how you use the Service, for security and improvement.
2. How we use your data
- To provide, maintain and improve the Service.
- To generate scans, action plans and content you request.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send transactional emails about your account and activity.
3. AI processing
We use third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic) to generate content and summaries. Relevant business and scan data is sent to these providers to produce your results. We do not sell your data.
4. Sub-processors
We rely on trusted providers including Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI) and Resend (email). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
5. Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use them to track you across other websites.
